Product
In August 2024, we transitioned to an on-demand production model to enhance our eco-friendly practices and reduce waste. By producing items only after an order is placed, we eliminate the need for heated warehouses and avoid stockpiling garments that may never sell. This change drastically cuts down resource use and minimizes waste to nearly zero.
As a result, our garments are made to order, which requires approximately 5 working days for production and dispatch. While this takes a little extra time, the significant environmental benefits make it a worthwhile step toward a more sustainable future.
We carefully select global partners who share our philosophy on eco / environmental manufacturing. Currently we have partner factories in the United Kingdom, the USA and across Europe.
We recommend that you hand wash your items. To preserve your garment and its print, turn it inside out and hand wash with a mild detergent in cool or cold water. After washing, lay it flat to dry. Avoid using a radiator or dryer. This care routine helps maintain the garment’s shape, vibrancy, and durability, ensuring it lasts for many years to come.
If you do use a washing machine (not recommended), turn the garment inside out and wash on a delicate cycle at 30°C or less. Avoid overloading the machine and always dry flat—never on a radiator or in a dryer.
All our garments are premium products made with top-quality fabrics and rigorous manufacturing processes to ensure they feel great, perform well, and arrive in perfect condition. Each item undergoes multiple quality checks, making defects extremely rare. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, we’ll gladly replace it for you.
To claim a replacement, please follow these steps:
- Check your item(s) upon receipt and try them on to ensure they meet your expectations.
- If there’s an issue, take a photo and contact our customer service team at support@funnymomtees.com with details.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange the return and send a replacement.
Note: Report any defect within 14 days of delivery and before wearing or washing the item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for defects reported after use or washing.

We accept all major international payment options plus Paypal.
After placing your order, there’s a small window to correct any errors, such as item details or your shipping address.
Check your order confirmation email carefully, as it contains the information we’ve received. If you spot an issue, contact our support team at support@funnymomtees immediately.

Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of being placed.
Please also account for delivery times: approximately 2-3 working days after dispatch for UK orders and 5-7 working days for international destinations.
The vast majority of orders arrive on or before the scheduled time. On a few occasions, some parcels arrive a little later than expected.
Before contacting us please check the following:
1. Check your expected delivery date and the original delivery lead time for your chosen shipping method. Many inquiries we receive are resolved when customers realize their package is not yet due for delivery.
2. Review the tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation email. If you didn’t receive it, check your spam/junk folder.
3. If your package shows as 'Delivered' but is missing, check if someone at your property accepted it, or look around for a 'safe place' like a porch or garage.
4. If still missing, contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided—this is usually the fastest way to resolve the issue.
If you have completed these checks and still do not have your package 5 days after the expected delivery date, please contact our customer support team, and we can investigate further.

returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned unused & unworn and in the same condition they were sent to you with all tags/labels and packaging attached.

We no longer accept exchanges. If you wish to change the size or product you will need to process a new order for those items and return the items you no longer require for a refund.
Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse.
Please note, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
